I've started the development of a new interface for Pictars. You can expect to see some new styling and features soon, including a new upload utility, tagging, blogging, and video upload support in the very near future.

I released a new feature today: Image preview linking.
To use this feature, in your "Home" section, check the images you want to generate forum/bb/html code for, and then select the "Get BBCode/HTML Code" option from the drop down at the bottom. This will generate a formatted code that you can then copy/paste into your forum or website that will display a thumbnailed version of the image and link to the full size image.

I rolled out a new feature today: Referral Link-Backs.

How this works is when you link or display an image from here on an Approved Refferers website, A link is created to where you posted it. Then, anyone searching through the image base or clicking a link from a non-approved site can see where you've posted your images. How does this benefit you? : Greater exposure for your online auctions and discussions.
